We only ship to Indian subcontinent (as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partner)
- Default shipping is via Delhivery Logistics. To ship via logistics of your choice, please contact our support team.
- Orders are dispatched on Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 4.00 PM will be shipped on next working day
- In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 15 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 15 days will be entertained.
- Some products may have special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place order.
- The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the software adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
- Volumetric price will be applied when shipment weight is less but the size is big. (Example a cotton pillow may weight less, it occupies more space in the container)
- Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving correct address.
Time to Deliver #
Typically, In Stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. The time it takes for your order to be dispatched does not include the time it takes for the logistics service provider to deliver it to you.
We cannot guarantee the delivery time, but based on our experience, here are the estimated delivery times for different locations:

- North East regions it may take more time 15-20 days
- Speed post are only faster for other states (Outside Tamil Nadu)
- Within Tamil Nadu State both Speed Post and Normal Parcel time are delivered in same speed
Above terms is not applicable for large sized/bulk products (ie. partial / full truck loads). The ETA for dispatch and delivery will be updated to the customer when placing order.
Tracking Order #
You can track your order by logging in to your account and going to My Account > My Orders . The tracking ID and Track Order link will be available after the order is shipped. You can track the shipment on logistics companies website.
Above terms is not applicable for large sized/bulk products (ie. partial / full truck loads). The tracking details/vehicle number/driver contact details will be updated to the customer during order dispatch.
- There may be delay in delivery/pickup due to government imposed lock-down, natural disasters, etc.
- All shipping related issues should be directly addressed to Logistics Service Provider
- ASENSAR AUTOMATION will not be held responsible for any shipping delays
