- Customer need to contact support team within 10 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the warranty return
- Eligibility of manufacturing defect is subject to verification of product by our team
- Fastdep.in can not guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect
- Fastdep.in reserve the rights refuse to replace in case if the product damaged by user error
- In case product is defective or damaged then the Fastdep.in team will replace and reship the product
- In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped, customer has to pay the reshipping fees in this case.
- In the event of no replacement possible or out of stock, refund or store credit will be done.
- Customer has to bear the return shipping
- Products under warranty cannot be exchanged for other products
- Send a e-mail to support team with following details : Invoice number, Description of the product defect & Photo of the defective product
- Fastdep.in team will verify the defect based on the details you have give us
- Incase of possible defect, we will start the replacement process as per above Warranty policy
- Our Team will send you the Return Address to which the product has to be sent
- Send courier tracking number to Fastdep.in Support team
- Once the shipment is received, Fastdep.in Team will verify the products defects and send you the new replacement as per warranty policy
- The buyer must place a request for the cancellation of order via mail or through the cancel option in My Account
- Orders can only be cancelled if the order is not yet dispatched
- Order in transit cannot be cancelled
- After the confirmation of order, due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) if Fastdep.in is not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
