L corner brackets address the need for strong, rigid 90-degree connections in aluminium extrusion frames where joint strength is critical. By bolting to the external faces of two perpendicular profiles through T-nuts, the bracket distributes load across both sides of the corner, resisting racking and twisting forces that would otherwise loosen or deform the joint. Cast aluminium variants offer higher stiffness than flat extruded L-plates. The 4-hole configuration spreads clamping force over a larger area, reducing stress concentration on individual T-slot edges.
