Benefits #

High tensile threaded rods solve the fundamental problem of creating strong, continuous threaded connections in structural and load-bearing applications where mild steel rod. Usefull for suspended ceiling systems, pipe supports, cable trays, and structural bracing. The fully threaded body allows nuts and couplers to be positioned at any point along the length, enabling field-cut customization and adjustable installations. Coupling nuts join multiple segments for extended runs without welding. They deliver higher proof strength per diameter and improved resistance to self-loosening. Available in standard 1m, 2m, and 3m lengths, they reduce material waste compared to ordering custom-length bolts.

Common Applications #

High tensile threaded rods are specified wherever structural-grade threaded connections are required in construction, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.

  • Suspended ceiling and HVAC ductwork systems
  • Cable tray and pipe support systems
  • Structural steel connections and bracing
  • Anchor bolt extensions in concrete
  • Machinery mounting and alignment
  • Wind turbine tower connections
  • Bridge and infrastructure construction
  • Heavy-duty racking and shelving systems
  • Tie rods in formwork and scaffolding
